Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a particular tour, but have not paid for it in part or whole, then you can cancel or re-schedule at anytime. If you have paid a deposit for a group tour, then a month's notice needs to be given for a full refund. If you have paid for a particular public tour on a particular evening, ie two people. then you may reschedule for another evening as long as we receive at least 24 hours notice. Should a ghost tour be cancelled due to sudden illness or accident on behalf of the guide etc, then a full refund will be given to all pre-paid tickets.
